Founded in 1969, Çalıkoğlu has delivered hundreds of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Istanbul. As we grew, we brought architecture, real estate development, and legal services in-house — today, our own teams manage every phase from site to handover.

Foundation
Çalıkoğlu Taahhüt İnşaat A.Ş. founded in Istanbul. First residential and commercial construction projects.
1980'ler
Expansion
